APPLICABLE LEGAL REGULATION AND ORGANIZATION

The parties who carry out the process of renting rooms in Can Passerells expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city corresponding to the registered office of the organizer, to resolve all differences. The organization is Can Passerells, rural accommodation or boarding house, with address at Carrer Mas Torre Novelles, 08571, Vic, Barcelona.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PERSONAL CONDITIONS OF CAN PASSERELLS

This document establishes the general conditions of use of the services provided through the canpasserells.com website. The company reserves the right to periodically modify and update the conditions, without the obligation to notify users beforehand.

These terms of use do not exclude the possibility that certain services provided through the canpasserells.com web page, due to their particular characteristics, are subject to their own specific terms of use.

Users who contract the services through the canpasserells.com website state that they are of legal age (eighteen years old). If in doubt, contact us through the customer service canpasserells@gmail.com.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments corresponding to the amount of the stay will be made through the online payment stripe gateway enabled by the employer on the canpasserells.com website. The gateway will automatically generate an amount of management costs which in all cases will be borne by the customer.
Some of the services and/or excursions shown and offered by the organizer through its sales channels may be paid in cash during the stay, whenever indicated.

If the customer cannot make payments through the payment channel, it will be necessary to contact Customer Service to find alternative ways to make the payment. In the event of making an incorrect payment, you must also contact Customer Service via email: canpasserells@gmail.com or using Whatsapp or call Customer Service on +34 616 51 97 71 . In case of not having made the payment during the payment term indicated by the organization, it does not guarantee the reservation. In the event of not being able to make the payment within the established period for justifiable reasons, the participant can contact the organization through Customer Service Whatsapp +34 616 51 97 71 and/or through our email: canpassarells @gmail.com. It is advised to book/secure as soon as possible, as the house has a limited capacity.

INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

When making the reservation, Can Passerells reserves the right to request a payment and deposit of 20% of the total, in order to confirm the reservation of the room, this will be returned (excluding 2% of the management costs) as long as the reservation is canceled at least two weeks in advance, in case the reservation is canceled with less than two weeks in advance, the house will not return the money paid in the confirmation of the reserve.

Therefore, it is advisable to make all reservations one month in advance (if you want to reserve the entire house, two months will be required), being able to cancel the reservation free of charge (excluding 2% of the management costs) up to two weeks before the stay.
