APPLICABLE LEGAL REGULATION AND ORGANIZATION

The parties who carry out the process of renting rooms in Can Passerells expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city corresponding to the registered office of the organizer, to resolve all differences. The organization is Can Passerells, rural accommodation or boarding house, with address at Carrer Mas Torre Novelles, 08571, Vic, Barcelona.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PERSONAL CONDITIONS OF CAN PASSERELLS

This document establishes the general conditions of use of the services provided through the canpasserells.com website. The company reserves the right to periodically modify and update the conditions, without the obligation to notify users beforehand.

Users who contract the services through the canpasserells.com website state that they are of legal age (eighteen years old). If in doubt, contact us through the customer service canpasserells@gmail.com.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments corresponding to the amount of the stay will be made through the online payment gateway enabled by the employer on the canpasserells.com website. The gateway will automatically generate an amount of management costs which in all cases will be borne by the customer.
Some of the services and/or excursions shown and offered by the organizer through its sales channels may be paid in cash during the stay, whenever indicated.

If the customer cannot make payments through the payment channel, it will be necessary to contact Customer Service to find alternative ways to make the payment. In case of making an incorrect payment, you will also need to contact Customer Service via email: canpasserells@gmail.com or using Whatsapp or call Customer Service on +34 699 82 01 88 . In case of not having made the payment during the payment term indicated by the organization, it does not guarantee the reservation. In the event of not being able to make the payment within the established period for justifiable reasons, the participant can contact the organization through Customer Service Whatsapp +34 699 820 188 and/or through our email: canpasserells@ gmail.com. It is advised to book/secure as soon as possible, as the house has a limited capacity.

INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

House rental:

  • Payment of 20% to formalize the reservation and the rest of the rent together with the deposit 7 days before entering the house by transfer.
  • Bail of €1200.
  • If it is canceled before two months of check in, the amount charged is returned. If it is canceled in less than two months, the amount paid is not returned.
  • In the case of canceling the reservation due to illness (duly justified), 100% of the amount paid will be returned.

 

Rooms:

  • If canceled 7 days before, the return will be 100%.
  • After these days the money will not be returned.
